Faithfully Honoring God
When you sign up to give online you are deciding in advance to faithfully give. The Bible teaches that we are to honor God with the “first fruits” of our labor (Proverbs 3:9). By setting up a recurring contribution that is scheduled to come out of your account on the day you specify, you can ensure that your first fruits are faithfully given back to God. (1 Corinthians 16:1-2)
Simplicity
You won’t have to remember whether you gave this month or send in an offering by mail when you’re on a trip.
Security
We utilize an encrypted secure website for our giving portal to ensure protection of your sensitive personal information and giving history.
Transparency
You have the ability to quickly see your online giving history directly through our giving portal instead of having to contact our Finance Department for a personalized report.
Give at our Sunday Service:
Every weekend we offer several opportunities for you to offer your gift by placing it in the offering bucket during our worship service. For your convenience, offering envelopes are available for your gift of cash. If you would like offering envelopes please contact our church office at (281) 486-9581, or message us.
Auto Bill Pay:
Many banks offer their customers the ability to have checks automatically drafted by their bank and mailed to the recipient (such as the church) on a recurring basis. Please contact your personal bank if you wish to pursue this option to set up Clear Lake Nazarene as a new payee.
Stewardship:
The ministry of Clear Lake Nazarene is funded by God’s provision through the tithes and offerings of faithful members and attenders. Clear Lake Nazarene works very hard to ensure we are doing everything possible to properly manage the financial resources that God has entrusted to us. We honor God’s provision by pursuing wise and faithful stewardship, ethical business practices, and full accountability so that the financial integrity of Clear Lake Nazarene remains beyond reproach.
Our mission is facilitated through our system of internal controls over financial reporting and our internal budgeting and reporting processes. We also voluntarily invest in a recurring audit process for outside accountability.
